I found Shems details on the British Gas website. I was wanting to use British Gas’ Hive charger and Solid Electrics Ltd was one of two companies in the Hampshire area within British Gas’ list of Approved Installers.
The quotation was sent to me within 24 hours and was a full itemised list. Communication with Shem was always prompt and helpful, answering any queries I had.
Shems time keeping was excellent, workmanship was very good and he tidied the area on completion. He ensured he didn’t leave until the EV charger was fully operational (they take a little while to download software from the WiFi) and he assisted me with the set up. I also asked Shem to install power into my external garage which was completed the same time.
I would be more than happy to recommend Shem and also to use Solid Electric Ltd on any future work on my home. Brilliant service.
